Alliance Healthcare operates a network of 13 Service Centre sites across the UK, each facing operational challenges in efficiency, consistency, and flow. The business engaged with Lee to embed Lean principles across all locations, drive performance, and build internal capability.
Standardise Lean practices across all SC sites

Lean Training & Rollout: Delivered training in visual management, 5S, and the 8 Wastes across all 13 sites, embedding Lean thinking into daily operations

Capability Building: Mentored 16 newly qualified Lean Six Sigma Green Belts, guiding their project work and developing their problem-solving skills
Standardisation Tools: Designed and implemented Work Instruction Sheets, SOPs, and A3 Kaizen templates to support consistency and sustain improvements
