Lean Training & Coaching: Delivered site-wide training in 5S, TPM, Visual Factory, and Standardisation. Introduced Ownership Leaders from the shop floor upward to foster grassroots engagement
Compliance & Governance: Ensured full adherence to EH&S, HR, Trading Standards, and internal business controls
Process Standardisation: Developed and implemented SOPs, systems, and procedures aligned with best-practice standards
Capability Building: Provided targeted training in problem-solving and continuous improvement tools to internal teams and external partners
Embedded a value-adding Lean culture across all six sites
Improved plant OEE and customer service metrics
Strengthened compliance and operational governance
Elevated team ownership and engagement in continuous improvement
